Eligibility to Use Prostreamers
Prostreamers is a e-sports streaming content, provided on a subscription charged at R10/day - 1st day free. The fee shall be charged for every subscription period the contract is in effect. Unless otherwise indicated, the charges shall be billed through the mobile bill you receive from the mobile operator of your network. Separate charges for text messages, internet access or downloading from your mobile operator can apply. In order to use Prostreamers as a member or a visitor you must affirm that :
(i)you are able to understand, accept and abide by these Terms of Service;
(ii)all registration information you provide will be accurate and truthful and you agree to update this information in a timely fashion;
(iii)you are at least 18 years of age or older and have the bill payers permission.
(iv)you are accessing the service with Mac, PC, tablet or a smartphone that uses one of the following browsers: IE10, IE11, Firefox, Safari,Opera, Chrome.
Your Account and Information
Prostreamers subscribers have access to the service with no limit and restrictions. To access the service you can visit the website and if prompted enter your user credentials.
You're entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your information and password. You agree that you will immediately notify CFM should your password or any of your information be compromised and of any such unauthorized use. Any information provided by you or gathered by CFM or third parties during any use of Prostreamers shall be subject to the PRIVACY POLICY.
Termination

Should you violate or breach these Terms of Service, CFM reserves the right,at its sole discretion and without notice, to suspend or terminate your membership, any and all content and information you may have provided and your ability to access any part of Prostreamers.

• No Unsolicited Mailing or Marketing. You may not post, upload, email or other wise transmit to or otherwise cause CFM to email, transmit or otherwise distribute chain letters, surveys or studies,solicitations, junk mail, pyramid schemes, incentives (monetary or click-based), spimming or spamming, or bulk communications of any kind, whether or not for commercial or non-commercial purposes.;
• No Solicitation or Provision of Personal Information. You may not uset he Service in connection with any effort to solicit passwords or personal information from any user of the Service under the age of18, or to obtain any telephone numbers, street addresses, last names,URL’s or email addresses;
• NoUnauthorized Manipulation of the Service. • NoImpersonation or Fictitious Profiles. You may not impersonate anyother person or entity (whether actual or fictitious), otherwisecreate a profile that provides any fictitious or false information,including but not limited to a false age, or falsely represent anassociation with another person or entity without the explicitauthorization of such person or entity;

You agree that the Service provided by CFM shall be deemed solely provided and based in Cyprus, and that the Service shall be deemed passive online site that does not give rise to personal jurisdiction over CFM, either specific or general. Any dispute that arises between you and CFM shall be governed by the laws of Cyprus, without regard to conflict of law provisions, and you agree to exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue. These Terms of Service, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned bayou, but may be assigned by CFM without restriction. Should any provision of these Terms of Service be invalidated by any court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms of Service, which shall remain in full force and effect.
